Real-World Examples to Inspire You!
Custom Overhead Crane Design
Here are some examples of projects carried out for our clients in Quebec. Each solution is designed based on your specific work environment.
Our overhead cranes are designed in compliance with North American regulatory requirements, including the ASME BTH-1 (Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices) standard and the CSA B167 standard for overhead cranes and hoists, to ensure efficient and compliant heavy-duty handling according to CNESST standards in Quebec.

Cantilever Overhead Crane
Replacement of an existing and unsuitable equipment
- Structure adapted for use under a sloped roof
- Cantilever section
- Maximized hook height
- Independent of the factory structure
Special Overhead Cranes
- Lifting capacity: 1,000 kg
- Lifting height: 5 m
- Diameter: 5.3 m
The challenge: Designed to be installed in a turbine pit of a hydroelectric plant, the main beam had to be offset from the center of the circle. Indeed, the beam should not interfere with the turbine shaft located at the center of the pit.

Conventional Overhead Crane Design
Design of the structure, anchoring system, beams, end trucks, and trolley according to the client's needs.
Motorized Trolley for Overhead Crane
Custom design of a motorized trolley operating on an existing overhead crane.
- Capacity: 1 ton
